Below is the contact form to submit your information for adoption.  Please include your full name, Address and phone for our records.  Tell us a little about your family and home and why you have chosen  a Coton for your new family member! 

We look forward to getting to know you and helping you choose your new puppy.

 

WAITING LIST PROCEDURE 

  1. Submit your application, we will review it for consideration.  

  2.  We will email you with our decision of being approved or denied for adoption

  3. Once you have been approved, a non-refundable reservation fee is required to join the waiting list.

{NOTE} Puppies are not considered yours without a reservation fee.
